Understand
Turn a night of raw data into a story you can read: how long you slept, when, and how your REM compares with your own recent nights.
Mission & vision
Why WakeZ exists, what we are building now, and where the research is going, for the people who sleep and the doctors who support them.
Our mission
Turn a night of raw data into a story you can read: how long you slept, when, and how your REM compares with your own recent nights.
Small changes that fit real life: a steadier routine, a gentler morning, and an alarm that rings at the time you chose.
Give a doctor at your partner clinic the same record you see, every 16 nights, so a consultation can start from what really happened.
Our vision
Sleep is one of the few things about your health you can work on every single night. We are working toward a future where what your watch records at night is read by you in the morning and, when you want it, by a doctor.
Now
An app that shows you your sleep, wakes you at your time and keeps a doctor at your partner clinic in the loop. A platform that gives clinics the same record, as recorded.
Next
Our team is testing, in a randomized trial, whether fine vibrations during REM sleep can reduce depressive symptoms. The paper is in peer review. This is research, and it is not part of the app.
Horizon
We are working toward a digital treatment that a doctor prescribes, as a separate medical device with its own evidence. It is not available yet.
What we believe
How you slept is the first thing worth knowing in the morning. WakeZ makes sure you know it.
Most people describe their sleep from memory. With WakeZ, a doctor at your partner clinic has the record.
A steady routine, a gentle morning and a moment to reflect are within reach every night, and worth trying first.
Sleep data is personal. You decide what you share, with whom, and for how long.
